An application for an international driving license can be made online through aptransport.in or at the RTO. The applicant will have to submit the above documents to the RTO and will have to get them verified in order to obtain an International DL in Telangana. The applicant does not have to give a driving test if he is making an application for an International DL after 3 months from the date of issuance of the permanent driving license. An international driving license issued in Telangana is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of its issue.
In order to drive a motor vehicle in Telangana, an applicant will have to go through a driving license test that is conducted as per rule 15 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
