• Policy Term starts from a minimum of 15 years and maximum up to 20 years.
• The maximum age of insured should be of 65 years.
• The minimum sum assured Rs. 5 Lakh.
• The premium paying term - Regular premium.
• Flexibility in paying premiums - Yearly/half-yearly/Quarterly/Monthly.
• The nominee receives the sum assured in the case of an untimely demise of an insured during the policy term.
• Death Benefit - Lump Sum payout of 100% sum assured is paid to the nominee.
• Tax Benefits- As per the Section 80C and 10(10D) under the Income Tax Act, the for premiums and the payouts are tax deductible
• No Maturity benefits.
• Customize with Accidental Death Rider- In the case of an accidental death of the insured, an additional amount in addition to the basic sum assured given the nominee.

2. Claim Documents:

Following Documents are required along with the filled Forms:

• Original policy document
• Death Certificate
• Copy of Bank Pass Book/ Cancelled Cheque
• Hospital / Other treatment records
• Claimant's Photo Identification & address proof
• Physician's Statement
• Post-mortem & chemical viscera report (if performed)
• Police reports/ F.I.R in case of an unnatural death

3. Claim Settlement:

The nominee will receive the sum assured on the claim approval.
