The third party bike insurance covers third-party losses and Personal Accident for the owner driver, damage to someone else's property or vehicle, and injury or death of third party. It is a basic bike insurance plan which is ideal for people who do not use their bike on a regular basis, but still seek a minimum level of protection. Also, as per the India Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, it is mandatory to have a third party bike insurance.
The standard package provides cover against third-party losses, damages caused by accidents, fire, theft and personal accident to the owner driver.

What’s not covered in Digit’s Bike Insurance?
Following are the exclusions of Digit bike insurance-
- Drunk driving or driving without a valid license.

- Damages due to contributory negligence.
