A duplicate learning license in Punjab can be obtained if an individual loses his DL due to theft, damage or loss of it. An application for the duplicate LL has to be made at the Punjab RTO and the applicant is required to submit the below documents and write an application to the RTO.

- Attested copy of an affidavit stating the loss of LL
- FIR copy, in case of theft of the LL
- Age and address proof documents

Procedure for obtaining a duplicate learning license in Punjab
An application for a duplicate LL in Punjab has to be made at the Punjab RTO either through an online process or offline one. The online application can be made through parivahan.gov.in/parivahan wherein the applicant can submit the form, documents and pay the fees online. Once the application is processed, the applicant will have to visit the RTO along with the copies of the original documents. On the basis of verification, the duplicate DL is issued to the applicant. An application for duplicate LL can also be made at the RTO by downloading the form through olps.punjabtransport.org.
