HealthReturns: This feature offered by Aditya Birla Activ Health – Enhanced Plan enables the policyholder to earn up to 30% of the annual policy premium. The return amount can be used to pay renewal premium or for the payment of medicines, medical tests, etc.

  • Surgeries that are meant for enhancing facial features like plastic and dental surgeries, and surgeries for congenital disorder, infertility, etc.
  • Treatment for mental illnesses
  • General debility, growth hormone therapy, congenital external diseases and defects, genetic disorders, etc.
  • Intentional self-injury and treatment for drug addiction and alcoholism
  • Hospitalization for medical examinations like X-ray

Eligibility Criteria for the Aditya Birla Activ Health – Enhanced Plan

  • The minimum age of enrolment under Aditya Birla Activ Health – Enhanced Plan is 91 days. There is no maximum age limit for the plan.
  • It is mandatory for applicants of Aditya Birla Activ Health – Enhanced Plan to undergo a medical test at the time of enrolment to analyse their current status of health.
  • Children below the age of 25 years can be covered as dependents under the family health insurance plan.
  • Family floater plan covers upto 9 members (6 Adults+3 children) comprising of self, spouse, dependant parents, dependant parents-in-law, children up to 25 years (up to 3).

How to Settle Claims against Aditya Birla Activ Health - Enhanced Plan & Document Required For Claim

Cashless Claims Process

Step 1 – Check Network Hospital: Get in touch with your preferred network hospital of Aditya Birla Health Insurance

Step 2 – Patient Identification: Present Aditya Birla Health Insurance Cashless Card or provide policy number, along with valid ID Proof like PAN, Passport, Voter ID for verification

Step 3 – Cashless Identification Request Form: This form has to be submitted within 48 hours of hospitalization in case of case of emergency hospitalization. For planned hospitalization, the form has to be submitted at least 3 days before hospitalization.

Step 4 – Hospitalization Request Review: Aditya Birla Health Insurance gets in touch with the network hospital within 2 business hours. You are notified of the same through an SMS or email.

Step 5 – Claim Settlement: After the necessary documents have been verified by Aditya Birla Health Insurance, the claim will be settled.

Step 1: Get in touch with Aditya Birla Health Insurance to initiate claims.

Step 2: Submission of necessary claim documents.

Step 3: The documents are verified. The insurance company may ask for other documents, if necessary. After thorough verification of the authenticity of the documents, the claims are reimbursed.
