For Cashless Hospitalization - Show your health insurance card with a valid Id at a network hospital to avail of cashless hospitalisation. For a planned hospitalization, the policyholder should inform the network provider 48 hrs before admission to the hospital. A pre-authorization form is submitted by the network provider to the authorization department with contacts of Insured and the medical practitioner. Authorization is granted within 3 hrs of receiving the documents. Even in case of emergency admission authorization is required within 24 hrs of admission. The policy holder needs to pay a token amount which is reimbursed once the authorisation is granted.
For Reimbursement Claim - A duly filled claim form needs to be submitted to the TPA along with claim documents within 15 days of the discharge. The claim documents include discharge summary, Hospital bills and receipts, all medical reports, pharmacy bills, payment details and id proofs.
Motor Insurance
For Cashless Claim - Register your claim either through app or email or by calling. Take your vehicle to a network garage and carry the completed and signed claim form with the claim documents. The claim documents include vehicle registration certificate, driver’s license, Police report in case of damage or theft and KYC documents if the claim amount exceeds 1 lakh. After receiving all documents and analysing the loss, a surveyor issues a work order. After the repair work is done, a bill is provided and a claim amount confirmation (CAC)is issued by the insurer and the claim amount is disbursed to the garage within 7 working days.
For Third-Party Claim - After claim registration and documentation, MACT(Motor Accident Claim Tribunal) decides the claim amount based on legal proceedings.
