  • You will be redirected to the bank mapper page where you have to enter UID/VID, security code and click on “Send OTP”
  • UIDAI will send an OTP to your mobile number registered. Enter this OTP in the space provided and click on “Login”
  • The bank account linked with Aadhaar will be displayed on the screen.
  • However, if you have multiple bank accounts in the same bank, you will have to visit the bank to confirm the linked bank account number.

Another way of checking the Aadhaar bank account linking status is by using the USSD code from mobile number. However this facility can be possibly availed only if your mobile number has been registered with your Aadhaar on the UIDAI’s database. Simply follow the steps mentioned below to know the status of the linking process:

  • Dial 9999*1# from the mobile number which is registered with UIDAI
  • Now, enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number
  • Re-enter your Aadhaar number and click on “Send”

You will now get to know if your bank account has been successfully linked with Aadhaar. In case your bank account is linked with your Aadhaar, the status will be displayed. But if no result is displayed, there might be a chance that your bank account is not linked with Aadhaar.
