Visit the official website of Lucknow Nagar Nigam. First time users will have to create a user ID and Password.
Post registration, login with your user ID and Password. Enter the requested House ID and then you will be directed to the net payment details of the property tax.
Select the bank which offers the respective mode of payment. Currently, there are only four banks - Punjab National Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and State Bank of India.

Select the respective payment bank and then you can successfully pay property tax.

For Offline, following is the procedure:

You will have to visit the official office of LMC physically and fill in the requested form for property tax and submit the same along with the payment.

Rebates and Penalties under Lucknow Nagar Nigam Property Tax

Rebates are provided on the basis of number of years of occupancy.
10 years occupancy will get 20% rebate.
10-20 years occupancy will get 32.5% rebate.
Occupancy greater than 20 years will get 40% rebate.

Lucknow Nagar Nigam Property Tax Exemptions

All religious institutions/places of worship run by a charitable trust are not subject to Lucknow Nagar Nigam Property Tax.
