Dehradun RTO

Dehradun is the capital city of Indian state of Uttarakhand. Department of Dehradun RTO is established to work under the provisions of section 213(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. The regional transport office of Dehradun is headed by a transport commissioner who is responsible for building a safe and effective transport system in the city. Dehradun RTO looks after various transport related matters such as collection of taxes, grant of permits, issuing driving license and others. Dehradun RTO comes under Uttarakhand state vehicles department.
