• File an FIR by visiting the nearest station & inform about your bike’s theft
• Call up your insurer after you’re done filing the FIR. Do this within a day or two & keep your policy no. & registration information handy.
• You’ll be required to provide docs like FIR copy, claim form, original bike keys & reports of no trace to your insurer.
• In a worst case scenario if your two wheeler isn’t found, the insurer will provide you with a claim amount which will be equal to your bike’s IDV.
