Mahindra XUV 500 is a Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) which has two drive options viz. two wheel and four wheel. The additional features offered in this car are reverse camera, aluminium pedals, illuminated scuff plate, etc. The driver seat can be adjusted in six ways.

The vehicle is well-balanced because of its braking mechanism which is enhanced by anti-lock braking system and suspension mechanism. The ground clearance along with electronic brake force distribution which further enhances the braking system adds-up to the car's performance as a SUV. The car has parking assist, side blind zone and lane change alert, etc. for passenger's safety.
