India is the fourth largest car market in the world, with rapid growth of 27% since last previous year. 3.8 million new cars were unleashed on the streets of India. Toyota known for its SUVs is coming with a new SUV with mild hybrid technology expected to launch at October 2022. Engine is expected to be offered with both manual and auto transmission. 10-16 lakh is the expected price which good enough for an SUV.

Since few years Morris Garages has dominated the Indian market with their SUVs. This year MG is launching a new electrifying SUV this monsoon (July). With a terrific battery capacity of 50.3 kwh the car can run 461km.

Volvo is expected to launch its first electric car in India this July. It will be the most vigorous EV in the market. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in only 4.9s and run up to 418 km in one charge.

To compete in the market of SUVs Hyundai will launch new Tucson this July with auto transmission and 62 litre fuel tank. There will be two variants based on fuel type: petrol and diesel. Mileage given by petrol variant will be 12.95 kmpl and for diesel it will be 15.38 kmpl.

Citroen is expected to launch a Sub Compact SUV in July. Car will have manual transmission with an affordable price between 5-7 lakhs. Mileage given by the car will be 19.8 kmpl.
