Process to Remove Hypothecation in RC in Assam

1. Obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Financier
   After clearing all EMIs, collect the loan closure letter and NOC from your bank or finance company.

2. Fill Application Form
   Complete Form 35 (Application for Termination of Hypothecation) and get it signed by both you and the financier.

3. Submit Documents to RTO / Apply Online
   Apply online through the Parivahan Sewa portal or visit your concerned Assam RTO and submit the required documents.

4. Pay the Prescribed Fee
   Pay the hypothecation removal fee online or at the RTO counter.

5. Verification by RTO
