There are two types of registration certificates, one is a temporary registration certificate and the other is a permanent registration certificate. To get a permanent registration certificate, a temporary registration certificate is to be applied for first and later on permanent registration certificate is to be applied for at your nearest RTO in Odisha.

The following are the steps to get a permanent registration certificate in Odisha:

Step 1: Visit your nearest RTO office within 7 days of purchasing the vehicle

Step 2: Submit Form 20 along with the list of documents as mentioned in the above section

Step 3: You will be asked to pay the registration fee after inspection of the vehicle if required.
